If someone who has joined in any government department in any place and serve in the department from 6 months and after that person have transferred in the same department but different place so plz tell me how to generate form 16? Is it possible to generate form 16 from one place or both place plz clarify and provide the circular

First check how salary income & TDS is appearing in 26AS
Form 16 can be generated only by the employer.
