Seeking information

Respected Sir / Madam, Myself Sachin S Rao from Karnataka State and i've completed B.com under Bangalore University in Regular basis. I need a help by the people who are present here and my question is am i eligible for USCPA if i complete M.com or MBA under Distance Education ( Under UGC ) ? And please suggest me with all the required informations and steps, also if my path is a false one in that case please help by suggesting an alternative. Thank you
