Certified copy reveived by one of my relative..

 

See how the marks awarded are not even added in the total marks of the question and the same has been carried forward to the main page..

 

This is how carelessly ICAI examiners check papers. They expect us to do everything correct in 3 hours.

They have 2 months, a team for checking papers, moderators, etc but still don't do their work properly.

 

Suppose a student has got 196 or 198 marks in a group and ICAI makes such mistake..who is at loss..??

Also, no marks have been awarded in Q5 (a) (i).

 

I think ICAI wants a repetition of case in Karnataka High Court since they have forgotten it in 2 years.

Forget it. Icai is another corrupt and unethical body like our government. Nothing can be done.

How the people is not having right to talk against hitler or some rulers in the past as a CA student we are not having any rights to point out like this whatever our hon'ble ICAI does we just need to accept

A student life depends on this paper and even career such mistakes must be avoided as a life of a brilliant student can get ruined by such discrepancy ICAI be careful
