I think ICAI wants a repetition of case in Karnataka High Court since they have forgotten it in 2 years.
Forget it. Icai is another corrupt and unethical body like our government. Nothing can be done.
How the people is not having right to talk against hitler or some rulers in the past as a CA student we are not having any rights to point out like this whatever our hon'ble ICAI does we just need to accept

We cant expect anything more from ICAI now..
A student life depends on this paper and even career such mistakes must be avoided as a life of a brilliant student can get ruined by such discrepancy
