in my tally ledger security deposit is treated
under deposits- current assets, but it has not received within one year, now the same security deposit is showing as deposit only but that has to be received to us. please anyone clarify on this?

Yes... The Amount is correctly post in Deposit head...
But, Check the details from employer or Accountant or any other...

Yes sir we have made the deposit for our project but that has not refunded even after the project completion. now how to treat that security deposit?

Whether its refundable or not
If Yes than take confirmation related to how much time for realisation of money of Security deposit.
