Is it mandatory to quote sections and case laws in ipcc exam?Will they carry marks at ipcc level?If i mention them will i be able to get a better impression and score better?

No it is not mandatory..if u quote sections its impressive n u can fetch good marks..but if they r wrong u ll b in trouble..so bfr quoting them make sure that u r 100 percent sure..all d best..
if you are not very sure about a section just mention "As per the provisions of............ Act,". This will leave a good impression on valuer.
