Do you think tht any one can remember all the section, in CS basically what you have to do is to learn the important Sections of the companies act both for the exam and for your future career
for Eg - Sec. 274 (1) (g) Regarding the Disqualification of Directors
But you dont have to memorise these sections, it will automatically set in your mind if you try to solve more and more practicle case study of the Corporate Law and Read legal descisions of the Supreme Court in the Various Cases of the Company Law.
