My supplies are exempted from gst (poultry) and hence I have not registered.
Suppose if I pay Rs. 10000 as advocate fee whether section 9 (3) RCM is applicable even if my supplies are exempted? And if yes, I am supposed to get myself registered u/S 24?

Yes definitely , even though you are dealing only in exempted Goods but availing services u/s9(3) RCM is mandatory & as per section 24 CGST Act its compulsory to take registration
