Form 10-IA is recommended for only severe cases of select few disabilities like autism, nerve related ones. For other disabilities which are eligible for deductions like hearing or eye sight related, is it the same form to be used or a simple certificate from prescribed doctor similar to form 4 will be sufficient?
For other disabilities, you will need certificate from medical authority.
Simple certificate from doctor will not help as medical authority is defined under the Act.
