Quick Summary
Section 80EEA provides tax exemptions for home loans, but it's crucial to understand the specific conditions. This section was applicable for loans sanctioned between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2020. It's generally for the purchase of a residential house, and the stamp duty value should not exceed ₹45 lakhs. If you took a loan after March 31st, 2020, you are likely not eligible for this particular deduction.

As per the reading of section it is mentioned that if u take loan for PURCHASE OF residential HP so I dont think for construction of house the section is applicable it is for purchase only that too the stamp duty value should not exceed 45 lakhs but confirm from others too
80EEA is allowed only for Home Loans taken from 01-04-2019 to 31-03-2020.
So if you take loan now you are not eligible for this section
