CAN ANYONE TELL ME, IF ANY INDIVIDUAL PAYS MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR HIMSELF(NOT SENIOR CITIZEN) AND FOR HIS PARENTS (SENIOUR CITIZEN) THEN HOW MUCH MAXIMUM DEDUCTION WE CAN CLAIM. PLEASE EXPALAIN ITS URGENT

in accordance with section 80D of income tax act deduction will be as follows:

 

for himself-- upto Rs. 15000

               +

for (senior citizen)parents- upto Rs. 20000
