what is the diffrence between income tax section 80ee and 24b ...both are for exemption on interest paid on housing loan

Sec. 80EE is additional advantage for first time (middle class) home buyers........ (not given every year, not applicable over new HLs in this year)
Sec. 24(b) is general & applicable for every home loan interest deductee....
