Can we convert the Trust into company as per Section 8 of Companies Act, 2013? if yes,
what is procedure about the same?

Trust are governed by Indian Trust Act 1882(Private Trust) , Kindly refer the same, if conversion is enabled in any provisions of the Trust Act.
Neither a private family trust nor a public charitable trust can be 'converted' into a 'company' by reason of statutory injunctions comprised in the Indian Trusts Act as well as the Companies Act.
