In section 54F what is the meanig of residential house, is it includes constructing ( renovate, remodel, new ) a house or only purchase of pre-constructed house

It includes construction also subject to terms and conditions mentioned in Section 54F
construction of new floor in d old house or demolish of old house and constrution of new building is eligible u/s 54F. but this section does not provide for exemption on investment in renovation/modification of an exisitng house..!
