Is Cash payment of Rs16000 allowed against 2 Bills of Rs8000 each against same party in a single day allowed?

No payment made to single party exceeds 10,000 will be disallowed in 40 a(3)
Better to get 2 different dates or payment 2 different dates
Per day Per person cash payment limit is upto 10000/- under 40A(3) for any expenditure. Otherwise such expenditure will be disallowed
