1) Whether payments made towards Electricity Charges above Rs. 20000/- be disallowed u/s 40(A)(3)?
2)Also, whether payment made towards Franking Charges to the Bank for verification of documents in connection with Increasing the CC Limit be disallowed u/s40(A)(3)?
