In short or in simple word we can say that if any person need to know about Company History it's Documents can be downloaded from MCA on payment of online fess of Rs. 100 or can take CTC of Documents from ROC of Respective state.
any person may inspect by electronic means any documents kept by the registrar in accordance with the rules made, being documents filed or registered by him in pursuance of this act.( could you explain me the meaning.)
