Relative of Director was appointed as Consultant on 1st October, 2010 for a period of 5 years. The Company has passed Special Resolution and also filed e-Form 23 with MCA. It has come to the notice that he has been paid consultancy fees form the month of July instead of October. Since the payment has already been made and refund is not possible as books of accounts for the FY 2010-2011 has been closed.
