Section 234b/c on foreign income

Hello,
I was a non-resident alien last year and moved back to India in April 2021 and haven't left India yet. I am still continuing my job in India and getting salary in US bank account. Since my stay has exceeded more than 180 days, I am a tax resident of India.

While looking through the software for filing US tax return, it asks me for typing in the income earned outside US and it is refunding me entire state and federal tax for the amount I earned while I was in India.

My question is, since my US company is not deducting any TDS for salary and paying to Indian government and I am liable to pay tax in India, will I have to pay interest as per section 234 b/c or is there any relief provided in such a scenario of foreign income?
