i had a query regarding the appointment of representative by a corporate member for attending agm.
if the company is not able to get the proxy form or the board resolution for a back dated meeting, can anyone guide how can we proceed doing the same.

your query is not clear if member corporate body do not mentain proper minute book then no problem prepare any board resolution and representation letter of any date on letter haed of that company as it is not required to file with ROC it is just for your record so dont bother and go ahead.
