approval of which authority has to be taken in case of alteration of situation clause of memorandum (section 17)...?? CG or CLB??

case no 1 :-

change from one city to another within the same state :- pass SR

change within same state from jurisdiction of one ROC to another ROC :-

confirmation by regional director is necessary.

change of regd ofc from one state to another :-

change can be effected by Spl res of the company which must be confirmed by Company law board/central govt.
