whether the no.of directors will include ID, alternate director, directors , directors appointed u/s 163, nominee director while determining 2/3rd of the total no.of directors.

For the purpose of total no. of directors u/s 152(6), it does not include independent director, additional director, and small shareholder director.
what about directors appointed on proportional basis u/s163 , alternate director and y not additional directors ?
