Rectification by central government of Registeration of charge and satisfaction of charge has been delegated from CLB to registrar of companies by circular.
Does that circular have been in effect,
Do I need to file petition under section 141 with ROC or CLB.
If it is with ROC, do I need to file petition or any specified eform.
Sir yes it is true that by MCA circular power of filing petition under Sec. 141 has benn deligated to ROC but yet the petition is to be filed with CLB bcz this is not implemented yet. You have file petition under the same ealier process.
