Please advise what is to be mentioned in order number and date while uploading return using section 119(2)(b), is that i have to apply condonation to CIT first and he will pass order considering geniunness, and that order number and date to be used?.

Yes, offline application is intial step. And the approval letter number from JCIT/ITO, is required during online filing.
