can anyone share me the check list of secretarial work to done when changing the registered office of a private limited company form one city to another (chennai to kanchipuram).

Your case involves change in address from one City to another city within the same State.
If the registered office is to be shifted from one city, town, village to another town, city or village within the same State, a special resolution has to be passed in the general meeting and file Form 23 and Form-18 within 30 days accordingly.
Above change of the registered office does not involve alteration of Memorandum bcoz state is same.
