I am doing my articleship in a below average firm in Delhi and have now completed my 2 years of my articleship as on today. . .I have aslo given my first attempt in this may'11. . .And to be honest after 2 years of my articleship I know that I havn't learned anything which i had always wanted to. . .So now I have thought of going for Secondment in my relative's firm since I don't have an option of transfer. . .Please answer my couple of questions regarding this. . .
1. Can I take secondment in a firm which is outside Delhi . . .????
2. Will institute ask for a residence proof for moving out of Delhi . . .???
3. Can my present principal refuse my offer even if I convince him that I'll be getting better work in my new firm as compared to my present firm . . .????
I would really be grateful if I will get a reply asap as I need to get these clarification before I proceed any further and talk about my secondment in my office. . .
