I have completed my 34 months internship sucessfully and i want to shift to another CA Firm now on secondment basis but mah present emloyer is not allowing for the secondment and asking me to take transfer.
As this is my Final year of internship training and I want to shift in the same city Transfer is not allowed in such circumstances
SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW TO GET RID OF THIS SITUATION?????????
