second hand good purchase
if I purchase second hand good and further party don't have gst registration no. what should I do ?

GST to be paid under RCM by registered person if purchase from unregistered person.
But RCM is deffered till 30th june 2018.So no rcm for now

Any purchase from URD will be treated as exempted , till 30/06/2018
No RCM till 30th June 2018 for purchases from URD. You can prepare purchase inward supply bill for this and account it returns.
