provision for Calculation of Total no. of directors for retire by rotation

the article of a public company may provide that all the directors shall be liable to retire by rotation.if article doesn't have any such provision then not less than 2 two-thirds of total no. of directors shall be liable to retire by rotation.however one-third of it shall retire in every agm.
WHICH CATEGORY OF DIRECTORS ARE EXCLUDED FROM TOTAL NO. OF DIRECTORS AS PER SEC152(6) AND 152(7)
