But, the above details can't be through online. It's only to offline contact to Jurisdictional CIT / AO.
I also not heated the online submission and any of the officers (who are in income-tax office) said this...

No assessing officer will suggest online submission because it's time constraint which will add additional burden to their work. but as I said, online submission through e-nivaran can be made for any sort of grievances and the same can be pursued through online itself without necessary to visit income-tax office in person. you can trust me

Bcoz, I'm not seeing any option in e-nivaran for Condonation request for filling ITR...

Suggestions
Grievances of Government employees concerning their service matters including disciplinary proceedings etc. unless the aggrieved employee has already exhausted the prescribed channels keeping in view the DoPT OM No. 11013/08/2013-Estt.(A-III) dated 31.08.2015
the above are the exempted issues that cannot be filed in e-nivaran and condonation delay is not covered under the exempted issues. I have dealt with few only condonation petition. that's why I said there's option to file condonation petition online
