No assessing officer will suggest online submission because it's time constraint which will add additional burden to their work. but as I said, online submission through e-nivaran can be made for any sort of grievances and the same can be pursued through online itself without necessary to visit income-tax office in person. you can trust me

the above are the exempted issues that cannot be filed in e-nivaran and condonation delay is not covered under the exempted issues. I have dealt with few only condonation petition. that's why I said there's option to file condonation petition online
