No, The provisions of 44AD are applicable to such resident assessee who is an individual, HUF, partnership firm but not LLP.
If a partnership firm is engaged in manufacturing activity, is it covered u/s 44AD?
There's no specific provision excluding manufacturing activity u/s 44AD, but excludes the assessee availing deductions u/s 10AA or u/s 80IA to 80RRB.
