If a company have 4-5 Bank accounts in different bank, is TDS applicable if in aggregate it crosses 1 Crs after merging all banks and individually it does not crosses the limit

As on date it is applicable as per [centralized] bank wise; not aggregate of all the banks,
kindly clarify
All the branches connected to core sector banking system is treated as one bank.
So, if you have two/more different accounts in two different branches of same bank, will be treated as single bank account.
