Please Clarify that, A person say Mr. A who is scheduled tribe in the state of Nagaland got a work order for execution of work in the state of Nagaland. Whether Income generated in Arunanchal pradesh will be taxable in the hands of Mr. A. Whether his income is exempted under sec. 10 (26) or not.
As per 10(26), it is exempt!
