Can We sales the Scrap Against C Form? We have Unit at Daman. We have to made Scrap Sales out Side the Daman ( Intertstae - Gujarat). Can we made this sales against C Form with 2% cst or Not?

Yes Its sale against C form CST should be charged 2% if scrap for manufacturing collect form 27 TCS declaration from purchaser otherwise deduct TCS 1%
If its engineering scrap items then also cst charged 2% with C Form?
i am working in a manufacturing company with excise unit can i sale the waste to my sister concern firm can i sale it against form C
