Your answer should be divided in 3 parts :

Introduction
Main answer
Conclusion

when you are writing your answers in the mics paper make sure you have a common introduction for every chapter i.e means 19 chapters will have 19 introductions and if any answer is asked from say chapter no 18 1st you will write the introduction which you learnt.

Example:

Chapter 8: System design

Suppose the question asked is :What are the factors involved in designing a output of a system?
Don't start by saying the factors are content form ect.........This is the wrong way.......

Introduction:

System design is the most crucial phase of system development process bcoz the sucess of the system developed depends upon a good system design.System design in simple words mean the blue print of the system to be developed.The various steps in involved in a system design are:



Output design
Input Design
Codification
Data storage
Data communication
system manual
Reporting to the management.

The factors involved in designing the output of a system are :

There are 6 factors but suppose in the exam u cant remember all the fact that u have given an introduction will cover up for the points u have missed out.

Now the question could be on system manual , codification or any other item mentioned above, but the introduction will remain the same

System develpoment process invovles activities carried on by system analysts, designers and users in order to develop the information system.There are mainly six activities:

And then start your answer...Similarly if any other question is asked from this chapter the introduction will stay the same.

I have written the introductions for all the chapters.The chapter numbers are according to the old course portion….so if the new course students are using it follow the names of the chapters and not numbers while referring this file.
