Dear Sir,
I have received a SCN from GST Dept in which they are saying me that because late payment Done in the month of OCT 2019 I have not paid the late fees so asking for payment of interest. For that they are saying to file DRC 03 and make the payment Shar the copy with them on Email. The email received from Mahagst.gov.in and email and landline no mentioned on it.
My query is that the said notice is not showing on the gst portal and also there is no reference number as such, where we can search for and reply to the notice.
So what should I do in this case as there is no genuineness of this SCN as its not GST Portal
Please help me with this situation

To understand genuineness of Notice , you personally visit to near by GST Department to you , and discuss matter with them .
