can any body clarify me, whether Schedule XIV to the Comapnies Act will applicable to Private Limited Company.
Please See Section 205,350 & 355 of the companies act and clarify my doubt.

Sch.XiV is applicable to all the companies registered under the companies Act , 1956 whether public or private.
Agree with hemal, Schedule XIV will applicable to all companies.
