Schedule vi -query

hi,

i had a doubt regarding the schedule of fixed assets (note 2) which requires disclosure of each class of asset  as follows:

particulars 

bal as on 1st april

impairment /revaluation

bal as on 31st march

the above requirement is for 5 years.please clarify in this regards what & how to presesnt it &whether it is actually reqd.
