Sab doodh ka doodh ka aur pani ka pani ho jaayega......waise icai is smart........they go for very strict checking.....and then increase the marks awarded in the marksheet

Otherwise socho.......1 mark bhi kam mile marksheet mein aisa kisi student ko certified copy dekhne ke baad pata pada........toh cci pe tehlka toh mach hi jayega na ;)
