i aM already registered under gst now I want to open my branch in same state so whether I want to take new registration for brach or else??

No need to Take another Registration...
You will add Your Branch as "Additional Place of Business"
if in Branch there is new partner entered...than?
ADD BRANCH IN HO UNDER GST REGISTRATION

No more relation for add the new partner in Your Business and No more effect in Your GSTIN... The New partner related matter is based on Income Tax...
Are you add the new Partner in Your deed and also intimate to ITD?
Is You will register Branch on same GSTIN...?
How is it possible new partner only on Branch but Partnership PAN...?
