Dear All,
I have applied for AP VAT registration. I am proprietor for a Engineering firm and I do contracts ithin the state.
My father also is a contractor ( since 20 yrs) and proprietor.
As a new firm I applied for VAT registration and the address I have put forth is the permanent address where we are residing since 15 years. But they say that two registrations (mine and my father's)are not permitted at the same address. I have got all proofs like PAN, driv license, registrations, passport etc with the same address.
Does the rule state the same.. ?
