tdscpc.gov.in has stopped asking for file / sam hash ALL HYAPPEES.

Now, it is asking for the latest token No. This is causing lot of confusion. For ex. I filed the returns of Q4 /2011-12, Q1, 0f 2012-13 and Q2 of 2012-13 at a time. Now I want correction return of Q2 of 2011-12 .

When I wanted to place request the software did not ask me for the token no. of the quarter I am requesteing for.

But it is asking for the latest. By latest I means Q2 return of 2012-13. But when I entered this token no.

the response is hi..hi..hi...hi..hi. 'Invalid Details'.

In this ? is invalid. I do not understand.

Now ... instead Q2 of 2012-13 Q4 of 2011-12 I entered (as it is the return submitted 1 day lateer than the Q! and Q2 )

Then also hi..hi..hi...hi.....hInvalid Details'

NOW THROUGH THIS FORUM / I SUGGEST IS :--

Correct the site immediately Or I curse the tdscpc.gov.in staff suffer with mental agony like us in all their future endeavours like us -starting from to-day itself.

Hi Ram,

I think the system prompts you to enter a token number corresponding to the FY, Quarter and Form Type which is shown on screen. Is it not simple enough?

For eg. you may have filed any number of statements at any point of time. If the system gives you a FY, Quarter and Form Type, is it so hard to find out the token number corresponding to that statement?

Having failed to get the statement after entering as you said ..Out of so much anguish I expressed .

You are so coolly saying as if I did not understand this much or without making little effort I am writing this.

Is the site not expected to self-explanatory....?

Is it so....At every stage - including registration state so much ambiguity....Is it fair explanation.

Hi Ram,

I agree there are glitches.

what I am trying to say is, if the site given you a FY, Quarter and Form Type and asks to you enter token number of the regular statement, it must be easy to identify as to what you need to provide as input.

If the token number does not match, you can approach the helpdesk email ID

My problem is different. I registered few pf my clients after a great struggle.

But in some cases I am struggling like any thing. I may become mad with this site.

I sent mail to TRACES, they advised me to foloow e-tutorial.

Every time, when I try to sign in with NSDL user ID and password to enter in TRACES, it is saying invalid details. After three attempts, account will be locked. After 2 hours you can try again, same willbe repeated. You can not go for forget password or register as new user.

Website is not user friendly.
