Hi All , this is Maria. I started a electronic shop for retailing electronic goods online and got my TIN three months before. The dealership for some brands got delayed so i didnt sell any items for three months and didnt file sales tax .Now i am all set to sell products. I would like to know whether i could file sales tax from this month or is there any other forms that i should submit before filing.....Hoping for the replies...
Once registered you are supposed to file returns. If there are no sales then just file nil returns.
However as sales tax is a state subject., the rules slightly vary from state to state., so just mention which place are you registered.
