My company has given contract to a contractor to make the penstock from steel in himachal pradesh.
This process involves labour and material.Earlier as per H.P Vat Act, in the composite scheme, it was 75% and 25% of total bill amount for material and labour respectively.
Has the % been changed now? And if, from when?Kindly refer the section, if possible for u!
