Sales Return and direct sale to third party

A sale goods to B in Gujarat. B rejects part of the consignment. Then A directly sale the rejected goods to C in Maharashtra from B's place.
What are compliances we have to do to complete the above transactions.

Ask "B"
to issue Bill/Debit Note to you (A) & ship to C in Maharashtra. "B" can generate Eway bill on basis of module "Bill To" "Ship To"

Note : you can send your bill to "C" by mail or post later on
