I am a property agent (llp) have purchased 1huge plot and now I am selling the same to other clients meanwhile I have sold plot to number of my clients in parts but stamp duty and registration is still pending but agreement and allotment letter is ready, so my question is
1. can I show sell of land or
2. just I can show advance payment against plot sell

Yes you can show as sale of land since sales consideration is received & only the legal work is pending.
