Whether it is possible to sale goods to a delaer in another sate having no sale tax registration no in that state , if yes please let me know the deatil procedure for the same.

Yes you can sale but The inter-state sale made to unregistered dealer, will be liable to CST at rates which is equal to VAT/sales tax rates as applicable within the State.
Sir, in My case the Customer is registed in kolkata & they are running Small Project of 50 Lakh in Shikham whithout any registration for a short period of 15 days then it is possible.
