Yes earlier u had paid vat on that item now take credit of it... Better told to ur buyer make it sale rather that sale return... Cgst and sgst ka credit milega
any other brif information against goods retuen in april ,may any artical , circular z send mi . same problem with mi but ahve shwon in gst return anginst vat..

Av agar uspe tax hai to lagega hi... GSTR1 me credit note me jaega wo.. B2B me... Better buyer ko bolo sale ka bill kat de... Purchase return ke badle
to uske upper Gst kon pay karega??
Wo to aapko uska input credit milega... Koi nahi amount same rahne do aur back calculations kar ke gst laga do.. Total amount same rahega
agar sir back calculated karege to utni amount ka to lost hoga ??
Kaise lost hoga.... Bus item rate reduce ho jaega... Total quantity and total amount same rahega... Bus item rate ko 100+gst rate se divide kar ke 100 se multiply kar do... Hope ur query now resolved
