In case of OMS (Outside Maharashtra Sale) what rate of CST is applicable whether 5% or 2% pls. elaborate.

According to CST Act, Simply If goods sold to registered dealer against Form C then the rate is:-
2% or Local Sales Tax rate (whichever is lower)
If ISS is not against form C then Normal Local rate is to be applied.
