Can a vehicle in the name of firm be sold to an individual for cash payment

you can sale, but refer section 269ST of Income tax Act

limitation of 200,000 on cash acceptance of a transaction

you can sell the car in cash...but limit of 200000INR should be kept in mind as provided u/s 269ST
