Sale of gold ornaments in another state
My client is selling gold ornaments by taking it to the another state I.e customers premises(both B2B & B2C)in this case customer can accept some items and rejects the some goods.in this situation please tell me the procedure how to rise the invoice and how to deal with the authorities in another state in case of noticed by them?

Quick Summary
Can levy igst on actually goods sold. movement of goods from one state to other. proper tax invoice to be issued.
This is the case of goods sent on approval basis, you can issue delivery challan as a covering document and can issue igst invoice if supply occurs.
What if buyer is not certain..i.e. prospective buyer is 3 4.. can sell gold jewellery to any of the buyer. than how to prepare delivery challan?
